How to apply

Start by requesting the sponsor pack with the form below, then apply for the plan you choose.

1. Request materials

   Request the sponsor pack with the form below

2. Confirmation

   We'll review your application and plan availability, then email you to confirm your plan. The template sponsorship agreement (in Japanese and English) and the W-8BEN-E are available after you apply, from your dashboard. We'll also send our Code of Conduct.

3. Contract

   Fill in the template downloaded from your dashboard, then send the contract to the recipient listed there through an e-signature service of your choice (Cloudsign, DocuSign, freee sign, or whichever your company already uses). We only sign electronically on our end.

4. Invoice & payment

   The invoice will be issued by our organization and sent in parallel with the contract signing. Payment is due by Friday, January 29, 2027.

   • * If your internal policies require payment only after the contract is signed, please let us know in advance and we'll adjust the schedule.
   • * For payments from overseas, we will send an invoice that can be paid by credit card. If you cannot pay by card, you can pay by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice.
   • * If you need a W-8BEN-E (for example, for US companies), a form pre-filled with our details is available on your dashboard. Send it with the contract through your e-signature service, and we will sign it.

5. Preparation

   We'll be in touch via a dedicated Slack Connect channel. If your company's policies don't allow Slack Connect, we can use email instead. We'll add your logo to the official website and other materials as soon as it's provided.

   Enjoy the conference!

• * Cancellations after confirmation place a significant burden on the organizing team, so we kindly ask you to avoid them where possible.
• * The second deadline is in early January 2027. Please check availability using the inquiry form.
